We had a great evening thanks to perfect weather, Mary's Place for feeding us, Dave Newell telling us about the Spruce Goose and the Indiana Aviation Hall of Fame. Thanks to Tom Wood aviation for hosting us and all the folks who came out and got to see the Flying Sycamores and the Purdue Aviation teams that participated and won in the recent Air Race. Our club has been awarding the Margaret Rinkenburg trophy to the top team from Indiana. Thanks to Chuck Poland and Ken Pendleton for their work in keeping that tradition. Also,
great thanks to Mark Poliak, whose tireless efforts led to a successful auction fund raiser so we could donate to the future racers on those teams.
