➢ Indiana State University graduate to INDOT Airport Inspector to US Department of
Transportation Executive - FAA and FMCSA.
➢ From aspirations of becoming a pilot to finding her calling as a safety professional, Winsome
shares stories and lessons learned during airport inspections and her work to develop our nation’s
safest airport and roadway systems.
➢ Keeping it real in an aviation family, is there such a thing as work life balance and how to always
find your way back home to Indiana.
