+ SPEAKER: Tim Sparks: retired Naval Aviator and EMCO, 949 Carrier Landings, retired Fed-X Captain, CAF BT13 driver and current Cessna owner looks at the deadly serious mission of nuclear conflict. He will present the sometimes ridiculous situations that result from this specialized mission. "Sparky” suggests homework of watching the movie Dr. Strangelove (1964) prior to this presentation.
